Byron Ryder and his team at Ryder Air and Electrical are straight up brilliant. I have had two jobs done by Byron, and both were carried out perfectly. Our farm is 35km out of Grafton and Byron didn’t have any problem both times in sorting out our electrical needs.
The first was three years ago when he reconnected power to our farm after many years without power. He turned up on time, minimum of fuss, and cleaned up after he was done. I was so impressed I sort a quote for underground power connection to the house and shed. The Quote was very reasonable and comprehensive in scope of what he would do.
Two years later when we decided to go ahead, Byron came back with a very reasonable update to the price despite the fuel and material price increases in Australia. He then was very flexible in the timing for the install which allowed us to get everything in place for him and his team.
Prior to him coming to the job, he took time to explain over the phone exactly what was required for the trenches and access.
The job required a Grade 2 electrician for a mains connection (which Byron is qualified to complete). Byron and his safety electrician Nick were on time and got stuck into it straight away. They took time to check out wall timbers for the new power board installation to ensure a neat job once the house is clad. When I requested Nick to put in a few extra screws for a PowerPoint, he just had it done in one minute without complaint.
And when they were done, they cleaned up and took the time to explain exactly what had been completed.
Five stars is not enough to rate Byron. His work for us was at least six stars. Thank you Byron
